Vancouver Construction and Renovation
We had the honour and pleasure to completely renovate down to the studs a condo in one of Downtown Vancouver’s classic heritage apartment buildings. We worked with the design firm Marrimor for this project, and with their keen eye for detail and our hardwork in making that vision happen we were able to make a dream come true for an amazing Client. Our major project for the summer of 2022 is on Franklin Street in East Vancouver, it is a very exciting project for us. We will be raising the home 18″ and landing back down onto a brand new foundation. We will also be lowering the basement elevation 18″ to give this old beauty a complete brand new, and tall, two bedroom legal suite, plus we’ll be adding on to the back of the home, enlarging the existing main level kitchen along with a brand new deck. The addition will also add livable square footage below the kitchen addition. At the front of the home we will incorporate a sunken patio beside the upper floor porch entry, that will be the main entrance to the brand new legal suite in the basement.
This home renovation project in Lynn Valley was one we were thrilled to be involved with. Our team gutted the entire main floor down to the studs, removing a load bearing wall which transformed the main living area and kitchen into a grand open concept design.
We completely remodelled the master ensuite bathroom & walk in closet, the main bathroom and added a beautiful floor to ceiling fireplace feature. All new electrical throughout the main floor, with a brand new reflected ceiling plan and all new plumbing throughout.
Amongst numerous other upgrades, this was a very challenging project with great results!
The focus of this project was a complete gut down to the studs renovation/remodel for the entire main floor to create an open floor concept in the kitchen, dining, and living room area and expanding the master bedroom, ensuite and walk in closet.
Welcome to Bellevue, a condo along side Ambleside beach with incredible views. On this job, we gutted the entire place, leaving only the frame and foundation. Our team built a custom two story interior, a brand new modern kitchen and two levels of decking above.
This Lanefab Designed two storey addition was a real blast to build. Love a designer who can think outside the box. The side-yard addition to this classic Vancouver Special provided this family with a much needed 4th bedroom (Master Bedroom and Ensuite) and a newly expanded dining room off the kitchen with two large decks at the back and front. A challenging build that we are very proud of.
Another favourite, with a great design plan provided by Mark Abbott of Connect Design. A simple yet affective one storey addition for a space starved family providing them with a large media/games room with great natural lighting and a brand new massive deck above taking advantage of the amazing views. Wish we had more like this.
This homeowner broke all conventional wisdom by valuing a one story rancher for his small family instead of maximizing his allowable square footage. Due to the large size of this lot, Architect Bernard Decosse was able to design functional, roomy, 4 bedroom Custom Home rancher with an accessory building off the carport for a Media Room. This was a very fun project to be a part of.
Welcome to East St James, a now beautiful home in the Upper Lonsdale area with a gorgeous view. On this job, we gutted the entire place down to the studs, leaving only the frame and foundation. Our team redesigned and rebuilt the entire house back to perfection.
