Dean and his crew were outstanding on our recently completed main-floor renovation. This is a 100 year old house and Northline accommodated our design requests and navigated through the various permit processes with relative ease. His engineer came up with a great solution to structural issues we discovered that was less cost than expected and end-result looks great.We also wanted to call out his various sub-contractors who were all excellent. Firstly, our project manager was a pleasure to work with and never ceased to amaze with his tireless work-ethic. All the other trades were very professional and great to deal with, and this seems to us to be the true indication of the quality of GC that Dean is. Updates provided on a regular basis, all costs and invoices provided in timely manner, and timeline and overall cost of the job was very close to the original estimate (understanding that we were in a highly inflationary time during the ****). Would highly recommend Northline and Dean to anyone considering hiring of a general contractor. Thanks Dean!
