East 16th Avenue – Sub Contract

For this major renovation project off the Grand Boulevard, Northline Construction was contracted by the Parente Group to take lead on all the concrete forming, framing and siding details. This was a very challenging renovation project, involving extensive re-engineering of the existing structure to allow for a large open concept of the basement floor plan, and a newly expanded open kitchen, dining and living area of the main floor.
