West 22nd Avenue – Kerrisdale
Not a good idea to start a major renovation in the fall, but we did. This cantilevered 3 storey addition at the back of the house is going to provide the much needed extra bedroom on the 3rd floor that will be the new Master Bedroom and Ensuite. On the Main Floor directly below, this part of addition will house the newly expanded grand kitchen. The addition will look rather seamless like it was always there due to some well thought out design work in the beginning, maintaining that classic Kerrisdale heritage home look.
